Shipping & Returns

We aim to fulfil all orders within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your order usually within 4 business days (free) or you can choose expedited delivery (price shown at checkout). Please note pre-order items are shipped in accordance to the date noted on their product page.

We currently only ship within the US but we're working hard on expanding this! If you have a special international request, please reach out to us.

We really hope you and your furry friends love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will have 30 days from the time you receive your goods to contact us about a return. 

To start a return, please email us. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours with a prepaid label and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
